CRM is not quite the right title for this module; Sales Force Automation would be more accurate. Conquering good customers is hard, and keeping them by knowing them and their needs is what CRM is about. To that you have to add the tools to measure loyalty, acquire new customers, keeping track of sales leads, executing marketing campaigns, stay on top of your competition and act on opportunities when they present them self’s with the right information to leverage existing relations you might have all while having access to relevant dialogs leading up to your actions.
